Our Response to COVID-19. 

Take this time to slow down, breathe and hit the reset button.  I encourage you to continue with your Pilates practice at home. I am currently taking private reformer bookings in the new upstairs studio.  Please know that as always, I am sanitizing after each client and practicing social distance and following all government health protocols.
