Inside Out Pilates offers group Pilates mat classes, private and semi private reformer sessions from our clean, bright new studio in West Kelowna. Classes have a maximum of 7 guests.
** Note: If you're interested in trying Pilates, please contact us. We can get you caught up with a couple of private sessions and if there is space, you're welcome to join a class already in session.
